The shipment has finally proceeded to leave Africa after the re-certification process (ICGLR), has proceeded with its entry into Europe through the Netherlands, and will now begin the process of verification and review by customs in the Netherlands to allow the journey to the final destination in Spain. This process may take some days while customs certifies the cargo and proceeds to verify the requirements for entry into Europe. We will keep you informed.

We have excellent progress in the new process requested by the Spanish Customs, i.e. the re-certification of each gold bar by the ICGLR institution in Africa. The process is currently underway and WEBAN has proceeded to pay the associated and requested fees. The progress is positive, once WEBAN has the ICGLR certificate we will proceed to coordinate the shipment flight to the final destination where we will proceed with the gold sale process. May 23, 2022 (Update)
The Spanish customs (country of the final destination of the shipment) have requested the ICGLR certification of the entire shipment (not partial) certifying that the gold is from clean sources and from non-conflict lands. This request was made by the shipping officer (authorized by the Spanish customs department) to give the authorization to enter the Barcelona free zone, this document was not part of the original documentation requested by the Spanish government. The ICGLR (International Conference on the Great Lakes Region) certificate can only be generated and paid for in the countries that make up the international partnership and agreement, so we have proceeded to move the shipment to Uganda where the gold will be re-certified by the institution in charge of generating the certificate. This process can take some additional days, as each gold bar must be re-certified by an ICGLR official (WEBAN is currently in the queue). Our team is on site managing as much as possible during the whole process in order to communicate to the entities the level of urgency and priority. After this certification it is expected that WEBAN will have all the documentation and the authorization to enter Spain where we will proceed to refine and sell the gold. We will keep you informed.
May 11, 2022 (Update)
Following additional certifications by the governmental organizations and payments by WEBAN of additional fees for re-certification costs, generation of additional documentation and others, we have received approval from both institutions to load and move the unitized gold shipment. Due to new restrictions by Sudan and Libya, the shipping route has been modified to travel through Cairo and then through international waters, so we have proceeded to request a temporary entry visa for the shipment from the Egyptian government as well as to request protection and custody schemes for the shipments. We will keep you informed.

We have received notification from Kenya Customs that due to the origin of one of the shipments that was unitized a month ago at the request of the authorized governmental institution (COMESA) now requires certification of the gold by an additional governmental organization that protects minerals from conflict lands and regions (Eastern Congo) (COMIPRO). We will keep you informed.

We have received notification from the Kenyan government to unify 3 shipments of gold owned by WEBAN due to the change of the logical regime, the transport will be by air with a private contractor outside the government institutions of Africa (COMESA) so they have requested the documentation and re-certification of the gold of 3 shipments, in this including the gold shipment of your Money Table. We will keep you informed.

We have received notification from the Kenyan government to move the shipment associated with its WEBAN Money Table to a certified secure warehouse pending WEBAN’s recertification and payment of additional custodial fees for the generation of documentation of the gold shipment in transit. The gold related to your WEBAN Money Table is under an unexpected documentation requirement by the Kenyan government. Due to this external problem, if you decide to withdraw (sell) your WEBAN Coins you will have to wait until the gold is unlocked and successfully sold, as your WEBAN Coins tokens are directly associated with the gold in transit.
